The Criterion staff would like to update our clients, partners, and prospective clients as to how we are addressing business in light of COVID-19. Like many companies, we moved to self-isolation across our organization over a week ago. As this is a fluid event, we continue to monitor the situation closely and will adjust our working environments as it makes sense in both protecting our employees’ health and providing our clients and partners with quality service.
Actions made by the Federal, State and local governments that directly impact payroll processes, government-mandated leave plans, and pay rules will be addressed to ensure our clients are complaint as quickly as possible. We will continue to update, as needed, and will advise affected clients and partners of any changes that affect their payroll processing and HCM needs.
