Allows employees that work remotely to enter their time transactions on the go with an easy to use mobile interface. It features secure login and can track worker details, enter start and finish times, vacation times and even add notes for each transaction. It also employs LBS-based activities that can pinpoint the employee’s location.

Reporting is the powerful tool of Criterion HCM, which allows you to get any kind of information required to cover your business needs. Anything information from employee birthdays, emergency contacts, training costs per employee to benefits overedge, financial planning and EEO can be generated as a printed report. The ‘Custom Reports’ option will cover the areas that we have missed.
