Offer Eligibility

This promotional offer (“Offer”) is available exclusively to new, qualified business prospects based in the United States who attend a scheduled product demonstration (“Demo”) of Criterion HCM.

To be eligible, participants must represent companies that meet the following qualification criteria:

  • Company Size: Between 100 and 5,000 employees
  • Demonstrated interest in purchasing HCM software
  • A business need aligned with Criterion’s HCM solutions, based on industry relevance and software requirements

Only individuals with decision-making authority are eligible, including but not limited to: CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, VP of HR, CHRO, COO, CEO, or IT leadership roles.

Eligible companies may receive a maximum of one (1) incentive per organization: either Apple AirPods 4 Wireless Earbuds or Samsung Galaxy Buds 3.

Participants must complete the full demo session to qualify for the incentive.

How to Claim

  • After attending the Demo, eligible participants will receive an email to confirm shipping details and select their preferred reward (Apple AirPods 4 Wireless Earbuds or Samsung Galaxy Buds 3).
  • Delivery will occur within 2–4 weeks of confirmation, pending inventory availability.
  • Criterion reserves the right to substitute the reward for a product of equal or greater value.

  • The offer is not valid for current clients, resellers, consultants, or individuals seeking personal use.
  • Participants must use a valid business email and provide company information at registration.
  • Any attempt to misrepresent eligibility may void the offer.
  • This offer may not be combined with any other Criterion promotional programs or discounts unless otherwise stated.
  • Criterion reserves the right to withhold the reward in cases of suspected abuse or fraud.

Timeframe & Termination

  • Offer valid for Demos booked and completed between 05/12/2025 and 07/01/2025.
  • Criterion reserves the right to modify or terminate this offer at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including availability, budgetary limits, or program misuse.
