Terms & Conditions — “Free Apple AirPods or Samsung Galaxy Buds” Offer

1. Offer Overview & Eligibility

1.1 This promotional offer (the “Offer”) is available exclusively to new, qualified business prospects based in the United States who attend a scheduled product demonstration (“Demo”) of Criterion HCM.

1.2 To qualify for the Offer, the participant’s organization must satisfy all of the following criteria:

  • Company size must be between 100 and 5,000 employees.
  • The organization must have demonstrated interest in acquiring HCM (Human Capital Management) software.
  • The organization’s business needs must align with Criterion’s HCM solution (industry fit, software requirements, etc.).

1.3 Only individuals with decision-making authority at eligible organizations may participate. Such roles include, but are not limited to: CFO, VP of Finance, Controller, VP of HR, CHRO, COO, CEO, or IT leadership.

1.4 Each eligible organization may receive only one (1) reward under the Offer (either Apple AirPods 4 Wireless Earbuds or Samsung Galaxy Buds 3).

1.5 The participant must complete the entire Demo session to remain eligible for the reward.

2. How to Claim the Reward

2.1 After successful completion of the Demo, eligible participants will receive an email to:

a) confirm shipping details; and

b) select their preferred reward (either Apple AirPods 4 Wireless Earbuds or Samsung Galaxy Buds 3).

2.2 Delivery of the selected reward will occur within 2 - 4 weeks after confirmation, subject to inventory availability.

2.3 Criterion reserves the right, at its discretion, to substitute the selected reward with another product of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability or other operational constraints.

‍3. Additional Terms, Conditions & Limitations

3.1 The Offer is not valid for:

  • current clients of Criterion;
  • resellers, consultants, or agents acting on behalf of third parties;
  • individuals seeking the reward for personal use (i.e., not on behalf of an eligible business).

3.2 Registration for the Demo must use a valid business email address. Participants must provide accurate and verifiable company information at the time of registration.

3.3 Any misrepresentation or fraudulent attempt to secure the reward may result in disqualification or withholding of the reward.

3.4 This Offer may not be combined with other Criterion promotional programs, discounts, or offers — unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing by Criterion.

3.5 Criterion reserves the right to deny, withhold, or revocate a reward in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.

4. Term, Modification & Termination

4.1 The Offer is valid only for Demos that are booked and completed between May 12, 2025, and December 31, 2025 (inclusive).

4.2 Criterion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Offer at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, inventory constraints, budget considerations, or program misuse.

4.3 In case of termination, modification, or dispute, Criterion’s decisions will be final and binding.

5. Miscellaneous & Contact

5.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State in which Criterion is incorporated, without regard to its conflicts of laws rules.

5.2 If any provision herein is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms & Conditions will remain in full force and effect.
