Every module is connected to the same unified database, so as soon as you start using a new module, data and workflows are connected immediately.

Do you offer customizations to the software?

Yes! We customize Criterion for every single contract with custom reports, unique configurations, and sometimes new features. However, Criterion is also highly configurable. Even if you want to make more changes after implementation, you can create custom fields, workflows, and configurations on your own. You gain full access to the backend and the ability to set up a sandbox environment in minutes. This way, you can handle it on your own or ask us for help whenever you need it.
