Criterion Wins Hearst Connecticut Top Workplaces 2020 Award
Norwalk, CT - Criterion, a leader in HR, payroll and recruiting management software, has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2020 honor by Hearst Connecticut Media Group. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 drivers of engaged cultures that are critical to the success of any organization including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.
Sunil Reddy, Criterion CEO was also recipient of the Outstanding Leadership Award in the same category. Reddy attributes his company’s success and culture to alignment on three core values: excellent customer service, efficiency, and enthusiasm. “When we hire a new person, we’re scoring them on these three values. If they don’t fit in, we don’t hire them. They could be exceptionally talented, but if they don’t align on our values we don’t hire them. When you get people who are all aligned, the morale is high. We have to be conscientious in everything we do.” Reddy said.
