According to Reddy: “Collaboration with employees and our 500 plus customers on our quarterly releases not only creates impressive HCM software, but a culture of shared interest and ownership that carries everybody in the same direction. We’ve found that engaged and satisfied customers result in extremely motivated employees. We are honored to receive the Hearst Top Workplaces Award for the second consecutive year.”
The Hearst award winners are determined solely on employee feedback gathered through third-party surveys administered by employee engagement technology partner Energage, LLC.
